More about me

Frederika Steed’s journey into movement began with the discipline and artistry of ballet, but her path has been anything but linear. After several years in the fast-paced restaurant industry and overcoming profound personal challenges-including addiction, a major concussion and domestic violence-Frederika emerged with a deep sense of empathy, resilience, and purpose. She brings this lived experience to every session, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported.

A sought-after movement professional since 2007, Frederika is a Level 3 Neuro Studio practitioner-a distinction earned through an invite-only mentorship after completing the full training system-along with certifications as a Stott Pilates instructor on all apparatus, NASM personal trainer, McLoughlin Scar Technique practitioner, Thai yoga massage therapist, and NKT Level 3 specialist. She is also trained in vagus nerve and lymphatic techniques, allowing her to address the body from multiple angles and for a wide range of needs.

Frederika’s teaching ethos centers on individualized programming and emotional safety. She believes every client’s story matters and tailors her approach to honor where you are today, physically and emotionally, while guiding you toward lasting change. Her love of animals and the outdoors reflects her belief in holistic well-being, and her commitment to ongoing education ensures she brings the latest knowledge and techniques to her clients-including those with the most complex needs. With Frederika, you can expect expertise, compassion, and unwavering support on your journey to strength, confidence, and resilience.
